General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all transactions carried out on the Nito Gaming e-commerce site, located at www.nitogaming.com. By placing an order on our site, you accept these GTC without reservation.

Article 3 - Products

The products available for sale on the site are gaming controllers. Each product is the subject of a detailed description on the site. The photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and do not engage the responsibility of Nito Gaming.


Article 4 - Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Nito Gaming reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.


Article 5 - Order

To place an order, the user must follow the online process, select the desired products and validate their payment. An order confirmation will be sent by email. Nito Gaming reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud.


Article 6 - Payment

Payment for orders is made via the following secure payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method available on the site. The order will be shipped only after payment validation.


Article 7 - Delivery

Nito Gaming delivers its products to the geographic areas indicated on the site. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated before the order is validated. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destination.


Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original condition, in its packaging, and unused. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Article 9 - Warranty and after-sales service

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer can request an exchange or a refund. Any complaint must be sent by email to support@nitogaming.com.


Article 10 - Liability

Nito Gaming cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products. Nito Gaming's liability is limited to the amount of the order.


Article 11 - Protection of personal data

The information collected on the site is subject to computer processing intended to process orders. Under the Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to access, modify and delete their data. For any request, contact our DPO at dpo@nitogaming.com.


Article 12 - Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the property of Nito Gaming and are protected by intellectual property law. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.


Article 13 - Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts of Brussels will have sole authority to settle the dispute.
