At Nito Gaming , we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gaming controller purchase, you can return your product in accordance with the return policy detailed below.
Article 1 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email to: returns@nitogaming.com indicating your order number and the details of the item concerned. A withdrawal form can be provided upon request.
Article 2 - Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
• Be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
• Not show any signs of wear, damage or alteration.
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, Nito Gaming reserves the right to refuse the return or to offer only a partial refund.
Article 3 - Return costs
• Return costs borne by the customer : Shipping costs related to the return of products are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by Nito Gaming or a defective product.
• Return costs covered by Nito Gaming : If the product is defective or does not comply with the order, Nito Gaming will cover the return costs.
Article 4 - Return procedure
To make a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service at returns@nitogaming.com to receive a return authorization and instructions.
2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging or similar packaging to avoid damage during transport.
3. Send the package to the following address:

Be sure to use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Article 5 - Reimbursement
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 7 to 14 business days .
Initial delivery charges are not refundable, except in the case of defective or non-conforming product.
Article 6 - Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another (for reasons of size, color, model, etc.), please follow the same return procedure. Once the product is returned and inspected, we will send you the exchanged product, subject to availability. The shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective product.
Article 7 - Products not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Personalized or engraved products.
• Products on promotion or sale (except in the case of defective products).
• Products damaged by the user.
