To order, simply:

3. Continue to the payment page.

4. Fill in your shipping and payment information.

5. Validate your order.

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email after validation.

We ship our controllers to most countries around the world. When you check out, you can check if we ship to your area. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination.

Delivery times vary depending on your geographic location:

Europe : 3 to 7 working days.

International : 7 to 15 working days.

You will receive a tracking number to track the status of your delivery.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This will allow you to follow the progress of your order delivery in real time.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nitogaming.com . If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to make the requested changes. Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately we will no longer be able to make any changes.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service at support@nitogaming.com with photos of the product and a description of the problem. We will send you a new product or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return a product if you are not satisfied. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. For more details, please see our Return Policy .

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at returns@nitogaming.com to obtain a return authorization.

2. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

Yes, all our controllers are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. If you have any problems, contact us at support@nitogaming.com .
